Pickup and delivery are free across Sector 43, 47, 52, 60, 69 and nearby areas. Each of those sectors has a Dhulai store in it, and your collection is handled by whichever store is closest to your address, which is what keeps the service free rather than a paid add-on.

How a doorstep order works, step by step

1. Tell us what you have. Send "Hey" on WhatsApp or call +91 96673 77069, and share your address and a rough idea of the load: a bag of everyday washing, four shirts and a blazer, two sets of curtains.
2. We agree a collection window. You pick a slot that suits you within store hours, so you are not waiting at home all day.
3. Your clothes are counted at the door. Per-kg bags are weighed and per-piece garments are listed, so you know what has left your house before it leaves.
4. Each item is tagged and inspected at the store. Every garment is inspected before cleaning and the method is chosen for the fabric and the stain, not for the pile it arrived in.
5. Cleaning, finishing and quality check. Items are cleaned, pressed where the service includes it, and checked again before packing.
6. Delivery back to your door. Folded laundry comes back as a set, dry cleaned pieces come back on hangers, and anything that needed a decision is explained when it reaches you.

Tip: Point out stains at the door and say what caused them if you know. Oil, ghee, make-up, ink and wine each need a different treatment, and naming the stain is far more useful than leaving it to be guessed at.

Bulky home items

Curtains, duvets, blankets, razais, loose cushion covers, rugs and mattresses can all be collected. Curtains are priced per 42-inch panel, so count panels rather than windows before you ask for a quote. Fitted sofas and fixed carpets are the exception: those are cleaned at your home, because they cannot be taken off site.

Pickup and delivery cost nothing in the areas we cover. You pay only for the cleaning, and the rates are the same whether you walk into a store or book a collection.

How to get your bag ready

Five minutes of preparation prevents most of the problems that come up with a collected load.

• Empty every pocket. A pen, a lip balm or a coin can mark an entire wash.
• Separate the per-piece items. Keep dry cleaning in its own bag so it is counted correctly and never weighed in with the cottons.
• Close zips and fasten hooks. Open hooks snag knitwear and embroidery.
• Flag anything delicate or new. A first-wash garment, a sari with loose zari or a colour you think may bleed is worth mentioning upfront.
• Take curtains down in daylight. Unhook the rings, note how many panels you have, and keep the hardware at home.
